Cara Thomas brings more than 20 years of customer service and management expertise to her role as Account Coordinator at The FRW Company. She currently assists clients with community outreach projects and social media messaging, as well as managing administrative and reporting tasks.
A passionate problem-solver, Cara has worked in management roles in hospitality, catering and food service. She has served in customer service leadership positions for notable brands, including Nordstrom and Burke Williams.
Cara led volunteer outreach efforts for UCLA’s Academic Advancement Program (AAP), which recruits alumni to assist first year college students by helping write personal statements, conducting mock interviews and serving as mentors.
Cara has also managed social media for bars and restaurants in Los Angeles. She earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from UCLA.
